Welcome to Nastaleeq Web Pro. By accessing or using our Urdu typography tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using Nastaleeq Web Pro. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use Nastaleeq Web Pro.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using Nastaleeq Web Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of Nastaleeq Web Pro, including casual visitors, registered users, and subscribers to the Pro version.

Description of Service:

Nastaleeq Web Pro provides an online Urdu typography and text formatting tool that allows users to write, edit, style, and generate web-ready code for Urdu text using various Nastaleeq fonts. The service includes both free and paid (Pro) tiers with different feature sets. Nastaleeq Web Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

User Accounts:

To access certain features of Nastaleeq Web Pro, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Nastaleeq Web Pro immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pro Subscription:

Nastaleeq Web Pro offers a Pro subscription tier that unlocks additional features including unlimited word count, priority support, and advanced export options. Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at $5 per month unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to Nastaleeq Web Pro Pro, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Cancellation and Refunds:

You may cancel your Nastaleeq Web Pro Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Nastaleeq Web Pro does not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

User Content:

You retain all ownership rights to the text you enter into Nastaleeq Web Pro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. However, by using Nastaleeq Web Pro, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or stop using Nastaleeq Web Pro.

Prohibited Uses:

You agree not to use Nastaleeq Web Pro for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  1. Uploading or generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy

  2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of Nastaleeq Web Pro

  3. Using Nastaleeq Web Pro to distribute spam or malicious code

  4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of Nastaleeq Web Pro

  5. Using automated scripts or bots to interact with Nastaleeq Web Pro

  6. Reselling or redistributing access to Nastaleeq Web Pro without permission

Intellectual Property:

Nastaleeq Web Pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the creators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Nastaleeq Web Pro without explicit written permission.

Font Licensing:

The fonts available through Nastaleeq Web Pro are either open-source, freely available, or properly licensed for web use. Users of Nastaleeq Web Pro are responsible for ensuring their use of generated output complies with any applicable font licenses. We do not provide legal advice regarding font usage.

Generated Code:

The HTML and CSS code generated by Nastaleeq Web Pro may be used freely for personal and commercial projects. However, Nastaleeq Web Pro makes no warranties about the code’s performance, compatibility, or legality in your specific use case. You assume all responsibility for testing and implementing the generated code.

Service Availability:

Nastaleeq Web Pro strives to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect availability. Nastaleeq Web Pro is not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability:
